Madison + Anthony’s wedding day was the kind of October afternoon we dream about—sun-drenched, golden, and warm enough for t-shirts. Briarwood Estate in Mount Vernon, WA, gave us the most vibrant autumn palette to work with, from crimson leaves to deep green hedges and the late-season roses still blooming in the garden. The air felt light, and the energy matched: elegant, but entirely relaxed.

We met Madison + Anthony for the first time in person that day, and it immediately felt like we were welcomed into something truly special. These two complement each other so effortlessly—kind, grounded, and fully present with one another. From their ceremony beneath the changing trees to the quiet moments tucked away between portraits, their day was a testament to the simple joy of finding your person.

Briarwood’s sprawling grounds offered endless beauty at every turn, and we made the most of it—from the iconic rose garden gate to leafy walkways glowing in afternoon light. The whole property became a living backdrop, with warm tones and soft textures that wrapped Madison + Anthony in natural magic.

One of our favorite personal touches was a venue-wide scavenger hunt to find pictures of their beloved cat, Basil. It was such a playful and creative way to include him in the celebration, and guests absolutely loved it. Moments like that—sweet, personal, and full of heart—make us fall in love with our work all over again.
